Add a referral page to vendor portals where they can enter email addresses of other vendors they'd like to refer. Then the ability to create the terms of the referral program. Example: Referring vendor earns 5% of payout to the person they referred for first year and referred person earns a signup bonus of 100% commission on the first 20 orders
