Many of your vendors already sell on their own Shopify store. Until now, they had to recreate and maintain those products inside your marketplace by hand. Bridge removes that work completely.

With Bridge, a vendor connects their own Shopify store to your marketplace in one click, either from your invite email or from the Connect button in their vendor portal. Then:

They pick what to share: Vendors select products from their portal, or tag them right inside their own Shopify admin. Only what they choose gets synced.

Products appear in your store automatically, with variants, images and prices intact.

Inventory syncs from the vendor's store, from whichever location they choose during setup, so stock in your marketplace reflects what they actually have.

Orders route automatically: When a customer buys a vendor's product, that vendor's items are created as an order in their own Shopify store, and they fulfill from where they already work.

Disconnecting is clean. If a vendor disconnects, their synced products are removed from your store automatically.

Every merchant gets 25 synced products included, with affordable add-ons for larger catalogs.

📦 Better vendor and product management

A batch of upgrades to help you manage vendors and products faster, especially at scale.

What's new:

• Product counts by status. See how many products are in each status at a glance, on both the merchant and white label views.

• Re-assign products and vendors. Move products to a different vendor right from the vendor settings page. It updates the vendor name on Shopify too.

• Connect and disconnect collections. Link vendors to collections, and remove them just as easily.

• Search by SKU and barcode. Find products faster using SKU or barcode in product search.

• Filter your product exports. Export just the products you need instead of everything.

• Required metafields. Mark the metafields vendors must fill in before a product goes live.

• Embedded signup form. Drop the vendor signup form straight onto your storefront so new vendors can join without leaving your site.

• Products only and digital only stores. Set up stores that sell only physical products or only digital ones.

How to get started: Product counts and search show up automatically on your products page. Re-assign vendors from the vendor settings page, and set required metafields under Settings.

✉️ Make your emails and documents your own

Your customer emails and packing slips can now match your brand and say exactly what you want.

What's new:

• Editable email templates. Change the wording of your emails and set your own subject lines, including subjects that fill in details like the order number automatically.

  Customization in different languages is also available.

• Editable document templates. Update the layout and wording on documents like packing slips.

• Order notes on packing slips. Show order notes on the packing slip so your vendors have the full picture when they pack.

• Control which emails go out. Turn specific notification emails on or off, so your vendors and customers only get the messages you actually want to send.
